We are looking for a self-driven and responsible In-House Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Candidates with experience in garments or textile sales will be preferred. The role includes defined sales targets and performance-based incentive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with leads provided by the company via calls and WhatsApp
Convince customers and close sales by explaining product details and offers
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper follow-up records and customer data
Handle walk-in customers at the factory outlet
Generate bills and manage cash / UPI / card payments
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Coordinate with management on sales performance and targets
Required Skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Good communication skills (verbal and interpersonal)
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
