Position : Inhouse Sales Executive

Experience : Fresher

Time: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Location : Adajan Surat

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.

Provide detailed information about products and services offered.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.

Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and inventory counts.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Enthusiasm for sales and retail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
