Job Description

Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for new builds, renovations, and fit-out projects. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM software). Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and space planning. Ensure all designs meet brand standards, user requirements, and project objectives. Lead projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with engineering teams (MEP, structural, civil) to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into cohesive designs. Prepare and review construction documents, shop drawings, RFI responses, and compliance documentation. Ensure construction aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, zoning rules, and safety regulations. Prepare permit submission packages and coordinate with local authorities for approvals. Engage in value engineering to identify cost-effective design and construction solutions.
