We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Podcast Video Editor

to join our team. The role involves editing long-form podcast episodes and transforming them into engaging, high-quality content for YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit long-form podcast videos into professional final outputs. Create

short-form reels/clips

for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Add intros, outros, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and animations to enhance viewer engagement. Sync audio and video for clear and crisp quality. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to maintain brand aesthetics. Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per schedule. Stay updated with current trends in podcast editing and social media formats.
Edit the full-length video with smooth transitions and modern editing techniques

Create an engaging trailer/teaser from the main video

Apply professional color grading for a polished look

Prepare useful raw cut-downs specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Edit and finalize Reels and Shorts optimized for social media trends

Thumbnail design is a plus.

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

After effects

Experience in

podcast editing / YouTube channel editing

is a big plus. Strong understanding of audio editing, noise reduction, and sound balancing. Ability to add captions, graphics, and engaging elements. Knowledge of social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style). Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
