Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced In-house Legal Counsel to handle the company's legal matters across

corporate, civil, and criminal domains. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a

sound understanding of corporate laws, and the ability to provide proactive legal support to

business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in civil and criminal cases before courts, tribunals, and regulatory

authorities.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and regulatory bodies as needed. Ensure the company's interests are protected in all legal proceedings. Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation strategy. Conduct legal research and keep the management updated on relevant legal developments.

Key Requirements:

LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred). 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
