Job Description

We are seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to handle end-to-end legal matters related to real estate projects. The role includes:

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting all agreements (sale agreements, development agreements, JDA, GPA, lease, construction contracts, MOUs, etc.) Handling sub-registrar and BBMP registrations, khata transfers, and related documentation Managing liaison and compliance with government authorities including

KIADB, BDA, BBMP, Revenue Department, Panchayat

, and other statutory bodies Conducting due-diligence, title verification, issuing legal opinions, and maintaining updated property documentation Managing land dispute matters, court-related documentation, and coordinating with external counsel when required Ensuring statutory compliance for land acquisition, conversion, approvals, and project-related licences Maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, consultants, and government offices.

Requirements:

Must know

Kannada and English

(reading, writing, and speaking) Strong experience in real-estate law, land matters, and departmental liaison Familiarity with KIADB processes, allotment compliance, lease-cum-sale agreements, and renewal/transfer procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks

Pay: ₹25,819.62 - ₹55,819.92 per month
