About the Role

Catch Your Happiness is hiring

1-2 In-House Emergency Attendants

who will be available

24x7 on-call

for urgent and last-minute home-care deployments. This role is essential for ensuring reliable, immediate, and professional support, especially for

senior citizens and patients requiring continuous care

.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with

24-hour live-in assignments

,

short-notice deployments

, and

traveling to multiple locations

as per requirement.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Emergency & Deployment Support

Available on short notice for urgent or same-day deployment Support 24-hour live-in care and temporary replacement assignments Travel to client homes as assigned by operations team Ensure smooth service start and patient comfort

B. Patient Care & Medical Support

Assist patients with: Daily living activities Bathing, hygiene & feeding Mobility and toileting Provide companionship & supervision Give medication reminders Operate basic medical equipment (e.g., nebulizer) Assist with injections

only if trained and with doctor's written prescription

No independent medical decision-making

C. Conduct, Safety & Compliance

Follow company care guidelines & service scope Ensure patient privacy & confidentiality Communicate respectfully with families Escalate emergencies immediately to the company

No leaving duty without company approval

Role Limitations (Not Included)

This role

does not

include:

Medical procedures beyond training & prescription Administering injections without doctor's instruction Handling cash, jewelry, or valuables Heavy household chores or cooking (unless pre-agreed)

Availability Requirements (Mandatory)

24x7 on-call availability Willing to accept 24-hour/live-in assignments Flexible with location & shifts Weekly off as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria

Prior experience as caregiver/attendant preferred Familiar with basic patient care & nebulizer use Injection knowledge preferred (certified or experienced) Physically fit for caregiving duties Comfortable staying at patient's home Family consent for live-in assignments Willing to travel within assigned region Valid Government ID proof required

Police Verification (Mandatory)

Company will initiate police verification post selection Successful verification required for continued employment Adverse reports may result in termination

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month
(Based on city, skills & experience)
