KKS Dental and Medical Care, a growing multi-clinic healthcare network, along with our financial services vertical KKS Finserve, is looking to hire a
skilled and disciplined Day Trader
.
The role involves managing allocated clinic funds, executing low-risk rule-based trades, preserving capital, and generating consistent returns.
The trader will also help build our trading education and client acquisition vertical.
This is a strategic role designed to create a
new profit center
for the organization.
Key Responsibilities1? Trading & Capital Management
Trade equity, derivatives, or index instruments (NIFTY/BANKNIFTY) using
strict risk management rules
.
Follow defined trading systems and daily risk limits.
Focus on
capital preservation
, consistent monthly returns, and low-drawdown performance.
Manage allocated capital with discipline and transparency.
Execute only rule-based, backtested strategies (no gambling, no impulsive trades).
2? Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily P&L reports and trading logs.
Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries.
Ensure 100% transparency in trades and risk exposure.
Follow organizational policies and ethical trading standards.
3? Market Research & Strategy
Monitor NIFTY/BANKNIFTY levels, global cues, FII/DII activity, and market structure.
Identify opportunities based on tested, data-backed strategies.
Run backtesting and optimize strategies when required.
4? KKS Finserve Support
Train beginners and clients on basic trading concepts.
Conduct small internal workshops to build trust and financial literacy.
Support in onboarding new trading accounts under KKS Finserve.
Create content (written or video) to help grow our financial education brand.

2-5 years of profitable trading experience
