Main Responsibilities



Answer customer calls and emails. Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documents. Coordinate orders between the sales team, warehouse, and delivery team. Keep track of sales records and update data in the system. Follow up with customers about payments, deliveries, or any issues. Help the sales team schedule meetings and arrange appointments. Prepare simple reports for the manager (sales numbers, order status, etc.). Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM software). Organized and able to multitask. Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
