Desired Profile:

Must be a graduate Experience - 0 to 1yrs Candidate must have good English, Hindi, Bengali communication skills Should be open to working in Shifts Must be a Graduate. MBA and Engineers preferred

Experience:

0 to 1 years

Responsibilities:

Responsible to create/maintain/update loan book and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.

Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.

Ensure effective delivery of SLAs as per the defined standard operating procedures.

Build a Continuous Improvement Culture

Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization

Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions

Calling Customers and attending inbound calls

Salary: As per Industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
