Job Title:

Infrastructure Solution Architect

Experience:

15+ years total, with 7+ years in Infrastructure Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

infrastructure solution blueprints

across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware, On-premise). Lead

Disaster Recovery (DR)

and

High Availability (HA)

planning to ensure business continuity and resilience. Define and execute

infrastructure automation strategies

using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and DevOps principles. Develop

cost optimization models

and perform

TCO/ROI analysis

for cloud and data center solutions. Architect

vendor-neutral, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions

aligned with business and compliance requirements. Collaborate with enterprise, security, and application architects to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components. Perform

capacity planning

,

performance tuning

, and

infrastructure lifecycle management

. Map infrastructure designs to

regulatory compliance standards

(e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR). Guide infrastructure modernization initiatives, including

migration to cloud or hybrid platforms

. Mentor teams and establish

architecture governance frameworks

best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years

of overall IT experience with at least

7 years in infrastructure architecture

and design. Proven expertise in

Azure

and

AWS

infrastructure services, networking, and security. Hands-on experience with

VMware virtualization

storage

, and

backup solutions

. Strong understanding of

hybrid cloud

automation

, and

infrastructure as code

(Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). Experience in

network design

load balancing

VPN/ExpressRoute

, and

firewall management

. Deep knowledge of

disaster recovery

business continuity

capacity planning

. Familiarity with

and cloud billing models. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty

VMware VCAP (Advanced Professional)

TOGAF 9/10 Certified

Pay: ₹925,755.85 - ₹2,466,579.86 per year
