Role \xe2\x80\x93 Cybersecurity Operations Lead

Location: Pune/Bangalore - India

Who are we looking for?

10+ years of IT experience with 6+ yrs of relevant experience in Leads senior DLP Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity operations for CASB \xe2\x80\x93 Netskope. The Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead will provide leadership in support of the Cybersecurity Operations Center. They will take a lead role in response to Cybersecurity incidents.

Technical Skills \xe2\x80\x93

\xef\x82\xa7 Previous work experience managing below two or more Cybersecurity delivery engagements -

o Data Protection and Security

o Threat Intelligence & Forensics

o Authentication & Password Management

o Cloud Security

o Identity & Access Management

o Governance, Risk and Compliance

o Audit principles and associated compensating controls

\xef\x82\xa7 Basic Knowledge on security models such as ISO/IEC 27001 , PCI DSS and Cobit 5, OWASP & NIST, ITIL.

\xef\x82\xa7 Experience on Cyber Security tools & technologies.

\xef\x82\xa7 Good Understanding of IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation.

\xef\x82\xa7 Supervise the day-to-day operations in the Cybersecurity Operations Center.

\xef\x82\xa7 Contribute towards the preparation, creation, distribution, and maintenance of plans, instructions, guidance, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) concerning the security of Cybersecurity Operations.

\xef\x82\xa7 Provide leadership and direction that cybersecurity awareness, basics, literacy, and training are provided to operations personnel commensurate with their responsibilities within the team.

\xef\x82\xa7 Review, evaluate, and recommend protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered.

\xef\x82\xa7 Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance management and terminations.

\xef\x82\xa7 Understand and adhere to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Delivery Operations & Excellence \xe2\x80\x93 Must Have

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage Operational/delivery issues & escalations & maintain steady state global delivery operations.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure SLA/SLO attainment & process compliance as per contractual commitment & customer satisfaction.

\xef\x82\xb7 Handling escalations- identifying the gap, preparing action plans, and driving towards resolution.

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for SIP\xe2\x80\x99s/CIP\xe2\x80\x99s and drive those towards achieving the desire goal.

\xef\x82\xb7 Define & maintain governance model, best practices & operating procedures.

\xef\x82\xb7 Driving & ensuring seamless transition of new service/ customer to operations team (if any)

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive/Manage Crisis situation. Facilitates Business Continuity for the account during regional/ location outages.

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive & participate in Service Operations/Delivery review, governance with Client & stakeholders.

\xef\x82\xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for all transition activities for his/her area of responsibilities.

\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct due diligence activities to comprehend business activities of the client and document these in the form of a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps.

\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with business lines and functions on training, recruitment, and system requirements for transition deliverables.

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for monitoring & execution of transition deliverables as per agreement transition plan.

\xef\x82\xb7 Review & manage day-to-day transition project communication with stakeholders, project delivery team, account team & Client stakeholders.

\xef\x82\xb7 Capture learnings & disseminate across organization.

Qualification & Experience \xe2\x80\x93

\xef\x82\xa7 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ yrs of relevant experience in managing Cybersecurity delivery(s), People Care, Customer & Stakeholders relationship, project transition. \xe2\x80\x93 Must Have

\xef\x82\xa7 Education qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or related areas

\xef\x82\xa7 CISM/ CISSP/ Certified Ethical Hacker/ CompTIA CySA+ Certification & knowledge - Must Have

\xef\x82\xa7 ITIL V3/4 Foundation/ Expert certification & knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 good to have

\xef\x82\xa7 Project Management knowledge (PMP/ PRINCE2) \xe2\x80\x93 good to have
