Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project objectives.

Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices for infrastructure projects.
