Role Summary

As Infra Partnership manager, you will be closely working with internal and external stakeholders across the government and private sector as Tech parks, etc. to build working partnerships that help the City\xe2\x80\x99s business grow. You will be involved in identifying key stakeholders, developing and implementing a strategy for engagement, maintaining connections and building these into effective working partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, evaluating and finalizing new properties, and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
  • Creating business case for the proposed properties
  • Creating a strong pipeline of relevant properties for business
  • Coordinating with Project Teams and Landlords during the construction/handover phase to ensure a smooth transfer as per business specifications.
  • Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
  • Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
  • Constant research and analysis on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to strengthen Yuma Infra Network.
  • Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.
  • Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Operations Team and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Legal, finance, Operations, and city business team for achievement of set targets.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proofreading of Legal Contracts.
  • Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
  • Knowing local vernacular language will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.
  • Focused and sales mindset.
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.
  • Demonstrates high ethical values.
  • Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
