We are seeking a skilled infrastructure engineer to manage and support endpoint computing environments across Windows and Mac platforms. This role focuses on administering Intune and SCCM infrastructure, ensuring reliable software distribution, device lifecycle management, and compliance reporting within a large enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
Workstation & Rights Management
Administer Windows 10/11 and macOS workstations
Manage BeyondTrust rights and access controls
Intune & SCCM Infrastructure Operations
Install and maintain SCCM Primary/Secondary servers, SQL databases, and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)
Monitor application performance and execute corrective actions
Perform routine maintenance, database integrity checks, and updates (patches, hotfixes, service packs)
Update Express Metrics and ServiceNow integrations
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 1-3 support for SCCM/Intune-related incidents and work requests
Execute disaster recovery procedures for SCCM infrastructure
Identify and implement corrective actions (CLCA)
Device & Profile Management
Create configuration profiles and compliance policies
Manage full device lifecycle: enrollment, provisioning, retirement, and wiping (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
Configure Windows Autopilot, ESP profiles, and Company Portal branding
Support Windows Hello for Business
Software Distribution
Package and deploy LOB and store applications across platforms
Convert and upload Win32 apps for Intune deployment
Manage deployment groups, monitor status, and resolve distribution issues
Administer software metering and license distribution
Reporting & Analytics
Generate hardware/software inventory and usage reports (~100/month)
Customize SCCM inventory via MOF updates
Administer web reporting and build Power BI dashboards
Coordination & Communication
Lead administrative project activities including scheduling, tracking, and change management
Present technical information to diverse audiences
Serve as liaison with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors
Patch Management
Manage patching for workstations and non-ITS servers
Maintain WSUS cleanup and update approval workflows
Test and deploy security updates per rollout schedule
Basic Qualifications
BS/Associate degree or technical certification (or equivalent experience)
3-7 years of experience in:
Windows workstation and endpoint management
Custom Windows package creation/distribution
AD, LDAP, Kerberos interoperability
Networking technologies: LAN/WAN, SMTP, VPN, DNS, DHCP
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing macOS environments
Familiarity with BeyondTrust and CrowdStrike
Azure VM administration
PowerShell or compatible scripting expertise
