Job Position Title - Infrastructure Operations Analyst
Technical Skills Required
At least 2-4 years of experience on Windows OS administration and troubleshooting
Should have good knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificate
Should have good understanding of VMware vSphere and Datacentre virtualisation
Excellent knowledge and of Microsoft Azure patch management tool
Should have experience on SCCM patch management and deployment
Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal)
Understanding and should have knowledge of ITIL best practice
Experience on support ticketing tool
Basic knowledge of PowerShell cli & Chef, Rundeck, python.
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle and lead multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud architecture
Should be ready to work in weekend On-Call
Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service or product impact
Basic knowledge of Linux platform
Advantageous
Microsoft windows server, Azure and ITIL certification
Good command on Linux (rhel-6, rhel-7 and Ubuntu)
Process automation using PowerShell, python, or any languages
Relevant cloud certification in AWS
Knowledge of scripting languages
VMware Certification
