This role provides counsel and advice to management on significant Infrastructure matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Serves as an Immuta Software Engineer. This role works with teams of technical professionals to help timely delivery of new system capabilities, implement enhancements and support existing systems.
Responsibilities
Installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Immuta Server environments
Responsible for Immuta administration and server maintenance/Upgrades/patches/install
Build and Monitor server usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements for Applications (Administrative Views for Immuta, Server Usage Report)
Expertise on AWS and Azure Coud and related technologies
Expertise on CI/CD process using Jenkins/UDeploy/Git
Expertise on IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
Performance tuning and Server management of Immuta server environment (clustering, Load balancing).
Work with Business Teams for managing user and group permissions, Workflows and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections
Manage and support migration of content from development to production environments.
Provide appropriate training and support to business users on the use of Immuta tools, best practices and standards.
Assist in the identification and migration of data sources to Immuta server.
Document best practices for development and administration of the Immuta platform.
Contribute to architecture and capacity planning activities.
Required to monitor/Handle Immuta and Immuta services during servers' maintenance.
Configure/Optimize Servers settings. Apply trace logs on servers in case of troubleshooting complex incidents.
Troubleshooting dashboards issues, system slowness. Create ODBC, OLE connections for SQL DB servers and Implement Firewall rules on Immuta processing servers.
Linux server setup, deployment, and maintenance
Provide off-hours and weekend support in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Expertise on various database drivers (DBX, ODBC, JDBC)
Working knowledge on Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.
Expertise on UNIX and Windows scripting
Working knowledge on Python and REST API
Working knowledge on Okta and other SSO technologies
Required Experience & Education:
8 to 11 years of experience
Experience with Immuta utilization and ABAC (attribute-based access control)
Bachelor's degree or better preferred
Desired Experience:
3+ Experience with Immuta
