Infrastructure Engineer – Senior Location: Bangalore, India Division: Corporate Sector or Brand: Group Functions Function: IT Contract type: Permanent role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the IT operations across Travelopia Group and its brands. When required you will also be involved with project work to support Travelopia’s migration to cloud technologies. • Providing IT support to Travelopia Group and its Brands across the UK.
• Supporting IT project delivery, including the ongoing documentation & inventory of infrastructure assets
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the IT environment
• Provide support for security, patching & vulnerability remediation activities
• Assist with the pro-active monitoring of the server estate
• Employees must be aware of the responsibility placed on them to maintain and healthy and safe working environment for both staff and visitors

What we are looking for:

• A technical background with a broad depth of IT infrastructure experience that gives you an understanding of the bigger picture with 4 to 5 years of experience
• Microsoft Certification
• In-depth experience implementing, managing, and following best practices in Office 365 including Azure and Intune
• Active Directory in Multiple Domain environments includes managing Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience across Microsoft Windows Server & Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating systems including patch management, server hardening, and antivirus
• Monitoring and backup technologies
• Automation using scripting
• Networking including site to site VPNs and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• ITIL Foundation

Personal Skills:

• A good communicator and able to work UK shifts
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload
