• Design, deploy, and manage Cassandra database clusters across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and fine-tuning queries.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application integration and troubleshoot any database-related issues.
• Provide proactive database performance analysis and capacity planning to support the growth of our systems.
• Create and maintain documentation related to database administration, including standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in database administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of our database infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Cassandra DBA in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of Cassandra database architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Cassandra administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions, such as Amazon Keyspaces or Azure Cosmos DB, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,500,000.00 - 92,500,000.00 per year Benefits:
