Wells Fargo is seeking a Infrastructure Engineer for Voice Recording Team.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Provide design, consultancy, implementation, and support services to the Specialized Communications & Telephony Services team for Voice Recording Platforms(Verint, VERBA) supporting our critical infrastructure.
The candidate will be responsible for vulnerability, drift, patch, and lifecycle management and lab management tasks for the VERBA recording platform.
The team member will also monitor and support critical system integrations with Vodafone, Speaker Bus, Cisco CUCM, MS Teams, and more.
The candidate will need to possess technical expertise on trader voice infrastructure, IP Telephony, Networking, enhanced call recording and video technology domains.
Consult with Business & Technology Partners to determine technical requirements of projects to produce detailed design documentation based on architectural standards, to include physical and logical designs and configurations
Responsible for evaluating, designing, configuring, and implementing hardware and software components for Cloud and On-premises systems.
Maintain technical roadmaps and assist in project forecasting.
Participate in research and development efforts pertaining to expansion of new features and capabilities.
Performing analysis and making recommendations affecting critical technical initiatives
Designing and developing tools and applications to facilitate workflow and automate processes (applications can include web chat, VoIP, and SIP, to name a few)
Collaborating with other engineers to enhance processes, code reviews, and internal infrastructure
Overseeing the maintenance, debugging, and adding of new features to a suite of existing applications

Perform research, testing, and validation (certification) of new technologies
Create design specifications per end-user requirements and provide enterprise solutions
Design high-quality end-to-end solutions
Delivery oversight of infrastructure
Collaborate with peers, internal teams, and suppliers to develop product integration strategies
Partner with Infrastructure Architecture & Network Engineering in planning, deployment, installation, administration, and management of infrastructure(s)
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Candidate will need to possess technical expertise on Voice Recording Infrastructure, Trader Voice, IP Telephony, Networking, and enhanced call recording technologies.
Experience in engineering and implementation on Telephony & Trader Voice technologies.
3 - 5 years of experience in the installation, relocation, testing, maintenance, and advanced design of Voice Recording Platforms(Verint, VERBA, NICE).
2- 3 years' experience in supporting Trader Voice operating systems
Demonstrated analysis and design experience in IP Telephony & Networking system administration, configuration, and implementation.
Extensive experience in analysis, design, implementation, and support of Voice over IP (VoIP) system solutions including multi-service infrastructure, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Unified Messaging, IP Gateways, Siemens OpenScape, Speakerbus, Verint (Verba) Recording, Ring-Down Circuits (ARD, MRD, Hoot, SIP), Nice Call Recording (NTR), legacy integration with traditional voice technologies and other voice components
Ability to work in a fast-paced deployment services environment
Prior VoIP implementation and support experience with Enterprise solutions
Strong knowledge of and experience in of advanced Telecommunications hardware, software, and configurations.
5 years' experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e., applications to infrastructure).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated teamwork skills
Certifications will be a plus.
Bachelor's degree in computers/Electronics or Equivalent
