We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the underlying infrastructure that powers our products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, security professionals, and system administrators, to ensure a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design and Implementation:

-Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, high-availability infrastructure solutions that meet the requirements of our applications.

-Utilize best practices for either on prem or cloud-based infrastructure architecture and deployments to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

-Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

System Administration and Monitoring:

-Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of servers, databases, and other critical infrastructure components.

-Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact services.

-Conduct regular security assessments and apply necessary updates to ensure a secure infrastructure environment.

DevOps Integration:

-Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines into the infrastructure deployment

-Enhance automation tools and scripts for improved code deployment and system management.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

-Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure the high availability and data integrity of fintech applications in the event of a system failure or

-Conduct regular backup tests and recovery exercises to validate the effectiveness of disaster recovery strategies.

Compliance and Security:

-Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure security and- compliance in the fintech

-Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive financial data and customer information.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

-Proven experience (7+ years) as an Infrastructure Engineer or a similar role in a fintech or financial services

-Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., -Terraform, CloudFormation).Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or -PowerShell.

-Experience with configuration management tools in infrastructure automation, such as Ansible and Puppet, for automating infrastructure provisioning and management

-Familiarity with Microsoft Directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and its integration with cloud

-Experience with data protection and backup solutions, including Cohesity and

-Knowledge of enterprise storage systems and their management, such as SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network-Attached Storage).Experience with Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and the Prism management

-Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and

Experience with compliance standards in the financial industry, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, or SOC knowledgeable in both Microsoft and Linux based operating systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure
