Perform the Integrated Service Assessments to adequately define the relevant service design and transition criteria for service interdependencies
o Define and agree integrated requirements and solution design components to produce the Service Design package
o Produce Integrated Service Transition Approach and Plan
o Produce Integrated Service Design Pack
o Produce Integrated Support Model
o Submit updates for review to the NESO Service Owner for review and feedback in line with agreed plan
o Train and coach NESO Service Owners and NESO Vendors (as required) on IST
o Fine tune IST basis feedback loop from NESO Service Owners and NESO Vendors
o Advise NESO Service Owners on the resolution of issues between services and to minimise conflicts.
