SUMMARY

As a member of Data Centers' Cloud Services team, the Developer in Test is responsible testing all infrastructure systems for both on premise and Cloud, ensuring the quality of systems delivered. These systems satisfy customer and organizational requirements in order to provide solutions that support Expeditors' infrastructure and accelerate the development of business applications. The Developer in Test is able to analyze and understand requirements, apply their technical skills in the design and develop of test plans, perform integration testing, and test data flows, applications, and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that Data Centers' infrastructure and products meet a high standard of quality in order to exceed customers' expectations

• Debug and troubleshooting applications & infrastructure
• Set up and maintain automated frameworks

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5+ of experience as an IT Quality Assurance Engineer
• Demonstrated ability with object oriented programming
• Strong windows/unix operating systems knowledge & skills
• Scripting knowledge in Ruby, Powershell, Python
• Experience in Batch Job Testing
• Experience with public cloud IaaS
• Experience with source code management: Git, GitLab
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Understanding and experience with Ansible Playbooks and AWX

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge in defect management tools
• Experience with automation tools
