Project Role : Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner
Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients in designing, building, and running an agile and scalable IT infrastructure. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to optimize operational efficiencies, enhancing employee performance, and adapting to the dynamic demands of the business environment. You will engage in discussions to identify infrastructure improvements across multiple domains, including workplace, network, data center, and operations, ensuring that the solutions provided are both effective and sustainable. Key Responsibilities: Perform independently with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management technologies. Actively participate in team meetings, technical discussions, and planning sessions. Contribute to the identification and resolution of infrastructure and operational challenges. Assist in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of infrastructure strategies and device management policies. Evaluate and assess existing endpoint infrastructure, identifying opportunities for performance, security, and reliability enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with broader IT systems and compliance requirements. Document technical processes, policies, and procedures related to device and application management. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and evolving technologies in the MDM and cloud management landscape. Skills: Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune - configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and conditional access. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, especially in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Experience with endpoint management and security solutions, including device encryption, patch management, and threat protection. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive technical solutions forward. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
