Key Responsibilities

:

Drawing, Drafting, deriving areas, Coordination and correspondence with department. Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring design quality and functionality. Develop conceptual drawings, renderings, mood boards, and presentation documents. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain high standards of design integrity and project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience

: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office

Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of building products, construction methods, and regulations Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
