Responsibilities

• Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions.
• Advise, drive efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
• Lead proof-of-concept pilots, technical leadership workshops, and strategic implementation projects
• Advise delivery engagements provide focus on critical customer factors.
• Delivery Assurance and Infrastructure and operation leader to provide your strategic insight on design and development, architecture, and client-facing solutions.
• Work with a highly skilled engineering team to develop and execute Infrastructure Modernization, Operations and automation acceleration solutions.
• Building Operation and Extreme Automation practices, re-useable assets that can be leveraged across different engagements.
• Advise and Evangelize Automation & Operations thought leadership and help build a culture of learning within your team and the organization as a whole.
• Consistently research and execute POC, POV on Infrastructure and Automation technologies & trends and internally socialize in the committee.

• Deep understanding and experience on establishing infrastructure modernization, future of operation and extreme automation.
• Deep familiarity with Infrastructure, Operations, Automations, including hands-on experience with automation and operations platforms.
• Proven experience in security design for complex applications, distributed systems, APIs, and services deployed to hybrid Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments including identity and access, network, vulnerability, and change management.
• Direct hands-on experience leading the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or current hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience.
• Experience managing and migrating workloads in hybrid Cloud ( VMware / Nutanix )
• Strong practical Windows-based and Linux systems administration skills in a Cloud or virtualized environment
• Broad familiarity and technical leadership in secure, resilient, robust platform design and architecture including the application of cloud-native solutions, services, and APIs as well as a solid foundation in IaaS services
• BS/BA and 9+ years of relevant work experience, an MS/MA and 7+ years of relevant work experience, or a Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Certifications (Vmware, Nutanix, Operation tools)
