We are seeking a proactive and skilled Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of Telephony infrastructure specifically Webex Calling and RingCentral and project management to oversee the lifecycle of demand requests DMND within our Site Infrastructure team focusing on technical integration migration projects

DMND Lifecycle Management
Oversee technical integration migration projects for Telephony Scope Webex Calling RingCentral throughout the entire DMND lifecycle
Gather client requirements
Qualify client needs
Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution Expert
Submit project quotes to the client
Construct project plans with all stakeholders
Place orders with various suppliers
Follow up on actions with project contributors
Provide client reporting
Monitor project budget
Implement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider MSP
Ensure handover to MSP support teams

Required Skills Qualifications
Proven experience in demand management or project coordination within Telephony domains specifically Webex Calling and or RingCentral
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities both internal and external
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficiency in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demands
Ability to work effectively in cross functional and geographically distributed teams
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
