Responsibilities : - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SNOW and Splunk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance system capabilities.



Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. - Lead initiatives to automate routine tasks improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention. - Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team members skills and knowledge in SNOW and Splunk. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize IT infrastructure and support business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Support disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard critical business operations. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. Qualifications - - Possess a deep understanding of SNOW and Splunk with proven experience in managing and optimizing these systems. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
