Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have Skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration Good to Have Skills : EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Rubrik Brik, Dell EMC Isilon Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 The storage and backup architect is responsible for managing the Isilon NAS and Rubrik backup systems and provide technical support ensuring high data availability and protection across on-premises and remote environments 2 Strong knowledge of EMC Isilon Powerscale NAS architecture and administration CLI preferred 3 Strong knowledge on local and remote replication including disaster recovery Superna Eyeglass DR preferred 4 Managing and troubleshooting NFS exports and CIFS shares Technical Experience : 1 Exposure on archiving with Rubrik and also in Dell Isilon storage 2 Analyze hardware and software issues associated with Rubrik Bricks and provide resolutions 3 Develop, document, and maintain procedures for backup restore systems 4 Managing and supporting backup and recovery systems and applications 5 Monitor Rubrik systems, backup schedules/jobs within the storage and backup domain 6 Hands on management of backups using Rubrik CDM 7 Experience on Rubrik CDM upgrades Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and presentation skills 2 Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups 3 Ability to plan activities well in advance and takes in to account possible changing circumstances Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Additional Info : 1 Dell EMC Isilon Powerscale advance administration 2 InsightIQ, DataIQ, ESRS/SCG, CloudIQ
