Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Network Operations & Service Management
Good to have skills : Cisco Firewall, Network Infrastructures

Summary: As a Non-Production Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and support of our critical development, testing, and staging environments. You will work closely with development and QA teams to understand their infrastructure needs, provision and manage compute, storage, and networking resources, implement automation strategies for environment provisioning and management, troubleshoot environment-related issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of these non-production landscapes to facilitate efficient software development and testing cycles. Your focus will be on optimizing these environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to security best practices, ultimately contributing to the faster and higher-quality delivery of our products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures, Cisco Firewall. - Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with server management and virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with incident management and service desk tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
