Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Have working knowledge and understanding of ITSM / Service Now tools used in logging and monitoring incidents - Must drive critical incidents troubleshooting bridge, Co-ordinate between multiple teams for effective resolution of P1 and ensure all resolver teams join the bridge call on time. - Effective at managing multiple high priority activities with conflicting urgencies l - Should be proficient in preparing communications that is clear, capturing all accurate updates leading to resolution - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Conceptual knowledge of networking concepts - Awareness of Incident management tools ITSM / Service Now - ITIL Certification or equivalent process knowledge - Familiarity with operating system-level implementations across various platforms. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
