Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As a Business Function Design Architect, you will innovate and design function business processes, focusing on characteristics and key performance indicators to meet specific business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, creating process blueprints, and ensuring that all design requirements are met to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will also engage in quality management reviews and educate stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
