Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: Azure Windows Administrator with DevOps and Terraform Expertise We are looking for a skilled Azure Windows Administrator with strong experience in DevOps practices, Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for windows servers & associated Cis provisioning via terraform, managing cloud infrastructure, automating provisioning and deployment workflows, and ensuring system reliability and performance in an Azure environment. Key Responsibilities: o Cloud Infrastructure Management: Administer and support Microsoft Azure IaaS services, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Disk, Load Balancers, and all related Azure components. o Windows Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies. o DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for code deployments, infrastructure updates, and automated testing. o Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis for infrastructure issues. Leverage monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution. o Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors (including Microsoft and Azure support) for environment optimization and incident resolution. Must-Have Skills: o Proven expertise in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory Management. o Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS & Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022). o Strong knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). o Experience in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and release management. Preferred Certifications: o Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305). Educational Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent
