Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

JD for Level 11 - DevOps Automation Engineer (Analyst Level) Job Title: Analyst (DevOps) Automation Engineer Summary: As a DevOps Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating routine infrastructure tasks and maintaining stable environments using scripting and configuration management tools. You will contribute to automation initiatives, support Linux-based systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments. This role will provide a strong foundation in DevOps practices with hands-on exposure to key tools and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: o Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible,Python, Shell, and PowerShell. o Implement Ansible playbooks for repetitive manual task for different teams, healthcheck reports, routine patching and configuration. o Expected to perform independently and become an SME. o Automate task by developing scripts using Python, Shell, and PowerShell & integrate with ServiceNow workflow for auto-resolution, and Service Request. o Document technical processes and contribute to standard operating procedures. o Participate in code reviews and cross-team knowledge sharing. o Work closely with senior team members to learn and grow automation capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must To Have Skills: o Hands-on experience with Ansible and scripting in Python/Shell/PowerShell. o Basic understanding of Linux administration and operating system internals. o Good To Have Skills: o Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or any CI/CD platform, ServiceNow o Exposure to ITSM processes and infrastructure support. Additional Information: o Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure automation. o Location: Noida office (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available). o 15 years full-time education is mandatory. o Certifications in ansible, Linux or Python are a plus.
