Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that configured services operate smoothly across different platforms. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Associate Manager to lead and manage the operations of our Azure-based Generative AI platform This role requires a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, and project coordination to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency of our GenAI platform and related Azure services The ideal candidate has a strong background in Azure OpenAI services, PaaS and IaaS components, and enterprise-scale cloud operations, along with a proven ability to lead support teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Roles & Responsibilities: - Team & Operations Leadership - Lead a team of support engineers managing Azure GenAI platform operations. - Ensure service availability, incident response, and issue resolution within defined SLAs. - Coordinate with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure effective platform support. - Manage workloads, prioritize tickets, and oversee on-call rotations and escalations. Azure GenAI Platform Support: - Oversee support for Azure OpenAI, AI Search, AI Translator, and related services. - Guide troubleshooting efforts for prompt performance, API integration issues, and model access. - Ensure alignment with Microsoft's Responsible AI practices and organizational AI usage policies Platform Services Support (PaaS & IaaS): - Manage support for App Services, App Service Plans, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure API Management. - Ensure secure operations using Azure Key Vault, and enforce RBAC and identity controls. - supervise monitoring and alerting via Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor. Landing Zone & Network Support: - Maintain and enforce governance across Azure Landing Zones including policy, security, and cost controls. - Oversee troubleshooting of Azure networking components: VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, and Private Endpoints. - Ensure platform compliance with cloud security, availability, and connectivity requirements. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on platform health, issues, and improvements. - Track KPIs, incident metrics, and service performance indicators. - Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and operational improvements. DevOps & CI/CD Oversight: Oversee deployment pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). Collaborate with DevOps engineers to streamline CI/CD processes and manage platform releases. Ensure compliance with security and operational governance in DevOps workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with various operating systems and network configurations. - Ability to implement and manage software solutions across different platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI. - A 15 years full time education is required.
