Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Title: Senior Intune Device Expert Summary: We are seeking a EUC Devices Management Expert (Level 4) to continuously enhance and support the Windows 11 ACE platform across entreprise environments. The role focusses on design, implementation, support, and documentation of modern device management using Intune, ensuring security, performance, and user productivity. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and security teams to optimize EUC service delivery and facilitate transitions to new service providers. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Design & Support (L3): - Design Intune device management architecture for Windows 11 endpoints, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment. - Collaborate with security and platform teams to define secure and scalable device management strategies. Incident & Problem Management: - Take ownership of critical incidents, perform in-depth investigations, and ensure permanent resolutions through RCA reports Azure & Cloud Operations:: - Maintain and optimize the Intune management infrastructure hosted in Azure. - Configure role-based access controls (RBAC) for administrative and operational teams. - Ensure consistent deployment of device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application assignment Transition & Service Provider Coordination: - Facilitate transition with the next service provider in the EUC server area, ensuring continuity of operations and adherence to procedures. - Support cutover activities for entities & more organizational migrations. - Ensure proper monitoring, documentation, and operation procedures are handed over effectively. Automation & Optimization: - Contribute to infrastructure automation and configuration consistency using PowerShell or similar tools. - Continuously improve performance, reliability, and manageability of EUC and server environments Cross-team Collaboration: - Work closely with application teams, platform engineers, and architects to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: - Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and platform knowledge bases. - Contribute to internal training and technical enablement sessions. Governance & Best Practices: - Enforce compliance with client's infrastructure standards and security baselines. - Document designs, operational processes, and troubleshooting procedures for long-term maintainability. Platform Design & Continuous Improvement: - Drive continuous design improvement of the Windows 11 ACE platform (design, implement, support, and document). - Ensure end-to-end lifecycle management for enterprise devices aligned with client's global standards. - Contribute to developing scalable, secure, and automated device management architecture. Security Configuration & Access Management: - Secure endpoint configurations, manage access, and protect data using Microsoft Intune, LAPS, and BitLocker. - Maintain compliance with corporate security baselines and encryption policies. - Monitor device compliance posture and remediate deviations promptly. Application & Software Management: - Manage deployment and updates of Office suite and other enterprise applications through Intune and Delivery Optimization. - Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution processes for new software releases. - Ensure minimal disruption to users through phased deployments and proactive issue resolution. Service Transition & Operations Coordination: - Facilitate transition activities with the next service provider in the EUC area (monitoring, operations, and procedure documentation). - Participate in cutover and onboarding activities for new operational vendors. - Ensure all procedures are standardized and properly handed over. Automation & Optimization: - Identify and automate repetitive Intune or device-management processes. - Implement PowerShell or Graph API-based automation to streamline compliance, reporting, and configuration tasks. - Continuously monitor platform performance and recommend improvements for cost efficiency and reliability. Security & Compliance: - Implement EUC security standards (BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, compliance policies). - Maintain adherence to client's information security framework and ensure compliance with corporate and regional regulations. - Regularly audit endpoint configurations and report compliance metrics. - Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain endpoint hardening standards. - Contribute to policy definition for data loss prevention (DLP), identity protection, and remote device management. Required Skills & Qualifications Certification: - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) - Microsoft Certified: Intune Specialist / Endpoint Administrator (MD-101) - Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) Technical Expertise: - 6+ years of hands strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows 11 platform management - Windows Autopilot - Automated provisioning and pre-configuration of Windows 11 devices. - Delivery Optimization & Windows Update for Business (WUfB) - Efficient update delivery and bandwidth optimization - Experience with LAPS, BitLocker, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Join / Hybrid Join. - Deep understanding of Group Policy, MDM configuration profiles, and Delivery Optimization. - Familiarity with Office 365, Autopilot, and Modern Workplace ecosystem. - Working experience in PowerShell scripting and automation of endpoint management tasks. Tools & Automation : - PowerShell / PowerShell Core - Automation of Intune device configurations, compliance policies, and reporting. - Microsoft Graph API - Programmatic management of Intune, AAD, and Endpoint Security configurations. - Azure Automation / Runbooks - Scheduled automation of device management, policy enforcement, and cleanup tasks. - Proactive Remediations (Intune) - Automated detection and remediation scripts for compliance enforcement. . Soft Skills: - Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills. - Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence. Change Management & Governance: -Understanding of ITIL or internal change management best practices. -Experience coordinating platform upgrades, patch management, and rollout strategies.
