Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring technical talent. You will help find and hire candidates for roles like

Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Network Engineers,

and

IT Support

. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and using different tools to find the right people for our tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements for infrastructure and IT roles

Search for and connect with potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards

Screen candidates through calls to assess their experience and skills

Keep track of candidates and update our recruitment system (ATS)

What We're Looking For:

Must have technical degree like Btech, BCA, MTech or MCA

Basic understanding of roles like DevOps, Cloud, System Admin, or Network Engineers

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or any ATS

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
