DESCRIPTION The Infra OPS Project Manager will have the responsibility for the management of the function programs (except Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing related (MEP) for DC Infrastructure) to ensure smooth running of business Operations for Data Centers. This will include end to end activities of employee transportation, Cafeteria management, Co-ordination with external and regulatory agencies, if warranted. This will cover a wide range of issues, from strategic contracts management to input on day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for the service deliveries including the ones through Service partners & vendors supporting the services. This position will also be responsible in having a close check on the operational expenditure to maintain the same within budget and also expected to explore and drive initiatives on improving efficiency, cost and overall turnaround time. This position will liaise with the business teams, procurement, finance, legal, vendors, tax, security, EHS, GREF transport to support the overall site business operations. Key job responsibilities . Primary Infra Ops Site Lead working in close liaison with Infra Procurement, Global Procurement, Finance, Safety, Security, EHS and external vendors/partners for delivery of basic requirements, employee transportation services related to ADSIPL DCs. . Partners with other GREF and FC teams to ensure ADSIPL DC operations and Projects wrt. Facility Management, transportation HOH arrangements and soft services raise the bar. . Working with site Facility Managers, HR, Legal, Safety, Security, finance and EHS to ensure that all sites are compliant. This involves developing an audit mechanism to check adherence to statutory policies for internal stake holders. Conduct quarterly audits for the facility. Document findings and drive / assist action plans for prompt closure. . Drive Transport efficiencies in day to day operations as well as meet strategic and cost goals for the same. . Develops, cultivates and owns key relationships with third party service providers and vendors except for MEP services. Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties with respect to Facility Management and soft services. . Managing the mobile phone issuance and accounting for Infra Ops employees as per guidelines. . Provides admin related support to the Cluster Manager. . SPOC for communication and employee engagement programs and promoting HYD Infra Ops in Global forums for employee recognition. Oversee and improve programs in the following areas employee experience, performance analytics, reporting and vendor management. . Printing out Spotlight/community event updates and putting them up in the India DCs and Sharing details of events in India to be published in these communications . Partnering with HR and organizing events like, \'All hands meetings, Rewards and Recognition, events, employee gifts/swag, monthly engagement activities, Awards\' for employee engagement. . Coordinate and organize weekly or monthly newsletters to communicate and engage all employees with the latest information from the cluster . Drive consistency across all the sites with respect to Employee experience and Well Being to drive action items as a result of analysis of Connection scores and ICCAPP deliberations. . Plan and organize community relations events, environmental activities and sports events to engage our workforce beyond the professional environment. . Partners with GREF Program managers to support programs such as reception, mail/post services, space management and parking. . Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, Corporate Security, Safety/Emergency Preparedness, Business Assurance and Business Continuity for New Hire onboarding and Trainee programs . Preparation of annual budget, oversight and management, with emphasis on managing spend of vendor partners to ensure compliance with Amazon spending and transaction policies. . Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team and customers (Amazon employees). . Drive the outsourced providers to deliver continuous improvement and innovations, raising the bar in conjunction with all stakeholders to provide a workplace environment that delights our customers. . Monitor developments in external regulatory environments and work with all teams and partners to flag and advise on any possible business impacts of statutory changes. . Liaising and managing open houses or networking events with the team, leadership and participants. . Good with the communications, event tracking, meeting-organizers, mailers , excel outlook and data analytics without tools. . The person should be good with local dialect as the role requires constant communications with the local partner teams. Should have a good negotiation skills and have an ample connections with a knack for frugality. . Should be adaptable to the situations and projects. Capable to take up the projects in the mid-way and cope up with a min. time difference. Should be a self-starter with experience in similar role. . Should be good with the management of Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX). . Should have experience in the management of events and end to end organization of day long meetings, schedules, calendar bookings. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
