POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization responsible for enabling End-User Computing for NCR\xe2\x80\x99s 40,000+ workforce. They will participate in a diverse team of individuals in the Americas and India. This position is responsible for providing solution development and third-level support for windows clients and client applications for NCR. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to take a solution through the solution development lifecycle, including solution planning, solution design and specification, solution construction, test process definition and planning, solution debugging, solution configuration management, unit, and system acceptance testing, knowledge transfer and solution support and documentation. The role requires a technically strong individual who is resourceful and confident under pressure.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:
  • Analyze, design, deploy, and support secure and productive Identity and Access Management solutions to support globally dispersed business applications.
  • Able to manage Azure subscriptions and resources; implement and manage storage; deploy and manage virtual machines; configure and manage virtual networks; and manage identities.
  • Improve NCR\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and saturation of SSO solutions while ensuring secure access to systems and data.
  • Improve NCR\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and saturation of centralized account and role provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Work with business IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards, and other considerations influencing how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree with 3+ years (Grade 10), 5+ years (Grade 11) of Identity Access Management experience. Will consider additional industry experience in place of a degree.
  • Experience deploying and supporting enterprise authentication solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, OKTA, and ForgeRock OpenAM.
  • Extensive technical experience with account and access management solutions (AD provisioning, application authorization management, and identity governance).
  • Experience with implementing new security and governance policies while balancing end-user productivity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Directory deployment and stewardship.
  • Azure AD & OKTA deployment, governance, and operations.
  • Experience with authentication standards, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
  • Microsoft PowerShell experience.
  • Office 365 tenant administration and governance
  • Advanced experience and creativity with system and application troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills to convey complex technical topics.
  • Application design experience is a plus (Java, XML, .Net, Azure Claims Rules, REST, etc.).
