The Infra Marketing professional is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote infrastructure projects, real estate developments, or construction-related services. The role involves market research, client acquisition, branding, and coordination with project and sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure and construction sectors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Prepare detailed market intelligence and feasibility reports.
Business Development
Generate leads from government, private, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders.
Participate in tenders, proposals, and bidding activities.
Marketing & Promotion
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the infrastructure domain.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and digital marketing activities.
Prepare marketing materials -- brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, and operations) to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with the project and sales teams for seamless execution.
Maintain and update client databases and marketing dashboards.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
Employer Requirements:
Education:
MBA / BBA in Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, or real estate marketing.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of infrastructure markets and government projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
