The Infra Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for infrastructure projects such as real estate developments, commercial complexes, industrial parks, or public infrastructure. The role focuses on promoting projects, generating leads, managing client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement marketing plans for infrastructure and real estate projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Define target audiences and positioning strategies for different projects.
Plan and manage digital, print, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials, brochures, and presentations.
2. Sales and Lead Generation
Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with project goals.
Manage CRM tools for tracking leads and follow-ups.
Organize site visits, client meetings, and promotional events.
Support sales negotiations with marketing insights and client data.
3. Branding and Communication
Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the company and its projects.
Oversee social media presence, website content, and online campaigns.
Manage press releases, PR activities, and corporate communications.
Ensure brand consistency across all promotional channels and materials.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting
Analyze project performance metrics such as campaign ROI, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Prepare monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Track competitors' pricing, project offerings, and market share.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
5. Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with project, finance, and operations teams to align marketing with project delivery.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and event organizers.
Ensure timely availability of marketing collateral and promotional content.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, or construction marketing.
Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing practices.
Experience in handling digital marketing campaigns, lead management, and branding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
