Job Description
Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers & Switches. Ability to Configure, troubleshoot Cisco switches & routers. Ability and skilled to perform router switch network IOS upgrades. Knowledge and Hands on experience in Routing Protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. Experience in Cisco Routing, Switching. Knowledge of Datacenter support. Knowledge on Cisco SDWAN technologies. Ability to coordinate with the Vendors and Service providers in case of any outage s. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Cisco CCNA certification or higher certification a plus. Should have excellent communication skills Should be a team player Should have experience working in the SLA should be aware of the bre aches in SLA Should have worked in 24 x 7 model Should be able to cover up the night shifts and weekends for 24x 7 also Good experience in multiple topology, connectivity and interest in VMWARE and other CLOUD based technology and tools that hosts m ultiple servers .
