NOC Lead # Roles & Responsibilities Must have handled a team of individual contributors supporting level 1 Networking monitoring process Responsibility for direct supervision of NOC team members Provide direction to build process-focused, cross-funct ional team. Manage scheduling of shift coverage and operational work streams to optimize service delivery.Address technical and non-technical escalations. Responsible and accountable for deliverables and performance of the team Proactive problem man agement data analysis and reporting stop Implement support and quality processes as per practice framework Focus on enabling quality deliverables and enhancing customer satisfaction Identify and implement automation opportunities Responsible for team development and motivation Participation in governance and periodic project reviews Building relationship with customer key stakeholders Identification and communication of potential risk and dependencies in timely manner to stakeholders Review feed back and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions Ensure effective floor and critical situation management Responsible for timely resolution of high impact situation Coordinate with resolver groups vendors and carriers Ensure on time delive ry of the status or shift handover report and responding to mails requests on time Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions Responsible for performance management and career development and retention of the team members Responsible for driving reward and recognition and employment engagement Review technical expertise of associates identify skill gap and initiate appropriate learning and training programs Participate in recruitment drives Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Technical Skills Required. Should have good knowledge on Networks and Network monitoring tools and processes Knowledge on Splunk, Solarwinds and Meraki Experience Knowledge in administering multiple monitoring systems Network certification will be an added advantage ITIL certification will be an added advantage Experience Requirement: Overall experience 7 to 9 Years Teams handling experience 3 # 5 Years.
