Job Description



# The role requires an individual with the following qualities: # Should have 7 years of experiences in VoIP Products and Technology#s # A very good knowledge in voice services, knowledge of network services and extensive troubleshooting skills # Ex cellent oral and written skills in English # Certified in CCNA in Data and Voice. # Experience in Cisco IPCC & IPT products such ICM, CVP, UCCX,CUCM,CUC. # Experience in configuring Cisco Voice Gateway. # Experience in configuring PRI#s-E1 T1 config urations. # Voice Protocols : H.323,MGCP,SCCP ,SIP,RTP,SRTP,ISDN (Q921 and Q931),T1-CAS, # Expert knowledge in SIP Trunk # Knowledge of UCS and virtualization technologies # Expert knowledge of Cisco UCCX # Troubleshooting SIP calls using debugging t ools # Expert Knowledge in Avaya CM, CMS, SM and SMGR. # Working knowledge in Avaya AES, CDR and Recording Tools like Verint and Nice. # Working knowledge in Avaya Media Gateways like G450, G650. # Should be able to perform MACD on existing call flow as per the client requirement. # Working knowledge on SBC# likes AudioCodes, Oracle and others SBC # Providing L2 support for P1 P2 Issues reported by client. # Experience in MS Teams Admin Center. # Experience in MS Teams Troubleshooting & MS Teams Policies. # Migration from Skype for Business to MS Teams. # Work Troubleshoot Inbound and Outbound call issues. # Experience on MS Teams Call Queue and Auto Attendant. # Knowledge of Microsoft Calling Plans. # Good Knowledge Experience in Direct Ro uting. # Experience knowledge in SBC. # Knowledge of Microsoft Office Licensing. # Experience in Managing Meetings and Teams on Microsoft Admin Center. # Working through PowerShell Commands for troubleshooting. # Experience in Analytics & Reports o n MS Teams. # Skills on implementing Automation and Monitoring. # Co-ordinate with Microsoft Vendor for MS Teams voice issues. # Responsible for Voice operational issues along with Internal External Stockholders to recover the system failure(Proacti ve Reactive). .
