5. Practical AIOps knowledge noise reduction root cause hints anomaly detection.


6. ServiceNow CSA ITOM Implementation Specialist.


7. ITIL v4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Discovery across on-prem and cloud credential strategy probe sensor tuning schedules and MID topology.


2. Deliver Service Mapping for critical applications maintain Service Graph relationships.


3. Implement Event Management at scale alert normalization correlation rules suppression deduplication anomaly detection.


4. Build integrations with Dynatrace SolarWinds Nagios CloudWatch using Integration Hub and transform maps.


5. Define and run auto remediation via Flow Designer Orchestration.


6. Establish CMDB governance health KPIs reconciliation certification cycles.


7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards and best practices


8. Experience with ACC Service Graph Connectors Jira integration.


9. Exposure to cloud discovery AWS Azure GCP.
