Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in DevOps tools and Cards & Payments domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on optimizing and automating our infrastructure processes. This role requires expertise in tools like Linux Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and Azure DevOps. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the Cards & Payments sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Github Actions Gitlab CI and Jenkins to streamline deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions in the Cards & Payments domain. Optimize existing DevOps practices by leveraging Jenkins X ArgoCD and Azure DevOps to enhance system reliability and performance. Provide technical expertise in AWS DevOps and JenkinsCloudBees to support cloud-based infrastructure initiatives. Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and TeamCity to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Implement best practices for infrastructure security and compliance particularly in the context of Cards & Payments. Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks reducing manual intervention and increasing operational efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with software development goals and timelines. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure processes and capabilities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Document infrastructure processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Engage in regular reviews and updates of infrastructure strategies to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms particularly AWS with a focus on DevOps practices. Have a solid understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with experience in related infrastructure challenges. Exhibit proficiency in automation tools like Jenkins X and ArgoCD to enhance deployment processes. Show capability in using CircleCI and TeamCity for continuous integration and delivery. Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. Maintain excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
