Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Expert with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL V4 ITIL and Solarwinds. This role involves optimizing infrastructure development processes and ensuring seamless integration of IT services. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the integration of IT services using ITIL V4 and ITIL frameworks to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide expert guidance on the use of Solarwinds for monitoring and managing network performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Implement best practices for infrastructure management to optimize performance and reduce downtime. Monitor infrastructure performance and provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain a secure and reliable infrastructure. Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for enhancement and innovation. Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure tools and processes. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure operations. Support the development of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures.

Qualifications

Possess in-depth knowledge of ITIL V4 and ITIL frameworks for effective IT service management. Demonstrate expertise in using Solarwinds for network monitoring and management. Have a strong understanding of infrastructure development processes and best practices. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
