Location Gurgaon, Sector 20 , DLF IT Park
Required Skills: -- * Experience with Data center management, build and migrations

  • Experience with VMware/Windows/flavors of Linux
  • Strong understanding of Storage and Network concepts
  • Strong understanding of automation concept
  • Knowledge on Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery
  • Providing project planning and management for established initiatives
  • Ensure ITIL processes are implemented for success and consistency good working knowledge of Incident, problem, change, release management processes
  • Coordinate with various departments to work together according to business process requirements
  • Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Hold regular technical team and customer meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for the Operational escalations, discuss and plan to resolve Issues.
  • Drive all the Infrastructure Initiatives and coordinate with all the other departments to meet the timelines
  • Coordinate with onsite team to execute and track all the projects and Operations as well.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team\'s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Build metrics and present to the management
  • Monitor all critical matters and ensure compliance to guideline to achieve all goals
  • Identify new opportunities and help to grow the account.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Ability to work under stringent SLA driven environment.
  • Co ordinating with all tracks and ensure the service delivery as agreed with customer.
