The respective individual will take on a leading marketing role in the GTM for GCC.- Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Marketing and working closely with the GCC practice senior leadership team, this role will take ownership of all GTM marketing activities related to GCC.- In this role you will own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for positioning, promoting, and accelerating adoption of our next-gen GCC services. You'll lead integrated campaigns, shape thought leadership, engage analysts and media, and drive measurable outcomes across digital, events, and sales enablement. Your main focus will be on India along with growth markets in US and Europe, working across industries with existing clients to assist in establishing new GCCs. You will also be responsible for supporting each industry marketing team in their pursuit of GCCs by enabling services and best practices through a Centre of Excellence. Location for this position is within India, Bengaluru (Bangalore). QualificationBasic- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. - 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience including B2B marketing experience focused on IT services, technology or GCCs.- Experience in planning and executing Field Marketing and demand generation strategies - Knowledge of the IT Services industry and/or GCCs- Demonstrable experience of leading marketing campaigns, events, and growing pipeline- Budget management experience - Marketing planning experience Role requirements: - Solid understanding of the IT services market, key competitors, and influencers- Strong events and field marketing background, able to provide leadership and effective management to agencies - Solid campaign marketing experience from concept to execution; proven lead generation experience- Knowledge of various social and digital marketing channels, activities, metrics, and measurement techniques- High impact communication across multiple formats, including strong written and spoken business English- Ability to multitask and collaborate with stakeholders- Senior stakeholder management and vendor management- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed (ref:updazz.com)
