Role Summary:

The IT Support maintains the computer networks of all types of activities, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company processruns smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, solves technical issues as theyarise.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and diagnosing IT problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security. Knowledge in Ubuntu and Linux is preferable. Resolving IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues. Generating sign ins for new hires during the on-boarding process. Updating employees on the status of their service requests. Logging all service request and updating tasks as needed. Teamwork and a collaborative approach to work.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 2 Years and above

Education Qualification : BCA, MCA, Bsc. (CS) or any other relevant degree

Functional Area : IT

Language : English (R, W & S), and Tamil (S)

Age : 21 and above

Preferred Location : Trichy, Thanjavur

Skills Required:

Strong communication, hardware & software skills. Strong leadership capability. Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities. Excellent time management and organization skills Identification of Challenges. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Being organized and able to manage multiple task simultaneously.
